Information you share
When you place an order, we receive your name, email address, purchased items and shipping address so we can manage your purchase and delivery. Stripe processes payments; this website does not store your full card number. If you subscribe to the newsletter, we save your email address and subscription status. Contact messages include the details you choose to send, including an optional phone number.
Understanding visits
We use Lovable’s built-in measurement tools to understand visits, pages opened and actions such as adding an item to the cart, starting checkout, subscribing or sending a message. These tools can also measure page speed, errors and masked session replays. Visit information may include the referring website, browser or device information and approximate country. A visit identifier helps connect activity during a visit; it is not a name or email address.
Our custom visitor events do not include names, emails, shipping addresses, contact-message text or IP addresses. They are skipped for recognized bots and signed-in administrators. We do not add Google Analytics or a separate advertising tracker. Platform-generated measurements are managed by Lovable and may follow different collection rules.
Cart and browser storage
Your cart is saved in your browser’s local storage so it remains available when you return. Administrator sign-in also uses browser storage to maintain a secure session. You can clear this storage in your browser settings. Clearing it removes your saved cart and may sign you out. Privacy controls such as Global Privacy Control can prevent some visitor events from being sent.
Checkout and delivery
We keep order totals, tax, shipping, payment references and refund information. If a checkout expires, we may retain the items, value and email address if one was entered. Order details and addresses are available only to the authorized administrator. Payment and email services receive the information needed to process payments and send requested messages. If a made-to-order item is fulfilled by Printful, delivery information is shared as needed to fulfill that order.
Storage and your choices
Order and correspondence records are kept as needed for fulfillment, support, accounting and legal requirements. Built-in visitor records follow Lovable’s retention rules; we do not currently guarantee 24-month retention of raw visitor events. Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to records we must keep.
